1. Scope of Application: These terms apply to the cross-border B2B sales of industrial products by Longtac (Shanghai) Automation Technology Co.,Ltd. through its online store.

2. Transaction Agreement: Placing an order constitutes your agreement to complete the transaction in accordance with the product specifications, price, and delivery date stated in the quotation; customized products shall take effect after confirmation of drawings/parameters by both parties.

3. Limitation of Liability: We shall not be liable for indirect losses (e.g., production downtime, installation errors) caused by non-quality issues on our part.

4. Dispute Resolution: Disputes between both parties shall be resolved through negotiation first; if negotiation fails, they may be submitted to the People's Court of Pudong New Area, Shanghai for settlement.
