We only accept returns for industrial products (including solenoid valves, fittings, pneumatic components, etc.) that have material defects or manufacturing defects.
To be eligible for a return:
Contact us within 7 working days of receiving the goods.
Provide clear proof of defect (photos or videos).
Include your order number and product model.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:
Products damaged due to wrong model selection, improper installation, or unauthorized modification.
Customized non-standard products without quality issues.
Return requests made more than 7 working days after delivery.
Products with normal wear, aging, or damage from improper storage/operation.
3. Refund & Replacement Options
After we confirm a quality defect, you may choose one of the following:
Free replacement: We will resend a new product of the same model via DHL/UPS.
Full refund: The total order amount (excluding shipping fees) will be refunded to your original payment account within 15 business days after inspection.
4. Shipping & Related Costs
Quality issues (our responsibility): We cover return shipping via DHL/UPS. You are responsible for customs clearance fees, tariffs, and VAT.
Customer reasons (wrong model, change of mind, etc.): You bear all round-trip shipping, customs, tariffs, and related fees.
5. Return Process
Request RMA number: Contact admin@longtac.com to get a return authorization number. Returns without an RMA number will not be processed.
Package preparation: Clearly mark the RMA number and order number on the package. Pack securely and include order documents.
Return shipment: Send the product back using our designated logistics channel.
Inspection & processing: We will complete inspection within 5 working days after receiving the return. If a quality defect is confirmed, we will arrange replacement or refund. If no quality issue is found, the product will be returned to you at your cost.
