Trade TermsOur default quotation is based on CIF destination port (Incoterms 2020). FOB Shanghai is also available upon request.CIF destination port: The price covers goods value, international freight and cargo insurance. We will arrange shipment and insurance. All import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees and other charges at the destination country shall be borne by the buyer.FOB Shanghai: The price includes domestic transportation and export customs clearance. International carriage, freight and all import-related expenses at the destination are for the buyer’s account.

Delivery Methods & Transit TimeWe offer multiple shipping options based on order weight, volume and customer requirements:Express / Air freight (DHL/UPS): 7–15 working days (ideal for small or urgent orders)Sea freight: 30–45 working days (for bulk orders)Note: All transit times exclude customs clearance at the destination country.

Shipping CostsThe total price is calculated based on cargo weight, volume, destination and selected shipping method. All quotations are lump-sum package prices without separate cost breakdown.The customer is responsible for all import-related charges at the destination, including but not limited to customs duties, taxes, VAT and clearance fees.

Shipment TrackingOnce your order is dispatched, a tracking number will be sent to your registered email address.For sea freight shipments, full bill of lading details and vessel information will be provided after departure.If delivery is delayed for more than 15 working days, please contact admin@longtac.com with your order number for assistance.

Risk AllocationThe risk of loss or damage to goods passes to the buyer once the goods are loaded on board at the port of shipment, in accordance with Incoterms 2020.
