Shipping policy

1. Delivery Methods

• We provide delivery by air freight or sea freight according to order weight, volume and customer needs.
• Most small packages & urgent orders will be shipped via express air service (DHL/UPS).
• • Air freight (including express): 7–15 working days
  • Sea freight: 30–45 working days

2. Shipping Costs

• Shipping cost is quoted separately based on destination, weight and volume.
• The customer is responsible for customs clearance fees, tariffs, VAT and other charges in the destination country.

3. Shipment Tracking

• A tracking number will be sent to your email after shipment.
